Boy ‘propositioned with sex act by couple’ outside school as a ‘prank’

An investigation has been launched after a teenager walking home in his school uniform was given a sexual proposition by a couple.
West Midlands Police said the teen was approached by the pair in a ‘prank’ outside a Birmingham school.
A man asked the student if he would like a sexual act performed on him by a woman who was with him in Tyburn.
The 17-year-old boy, who was wearing his school uniform, walked home and reported the incident to the police.
The boy’s mum said she wanted people to be vigilant after what happened on Friday.

She said: ‘A man and woman, by a car, stopped him and asked him if he would like a sexual act performed on him by the woman.
‘It was made out to be a prank, but the man said he was goaded on by his wife to ask a school kid.’
The concerned mum said she’s worried because the incident happened right by a school.
She added: ‘We don’t know what these people could go on to do.’
A police spokesman said: ‘We received a report concerning comments made to a boy in Tyburn on Friday (September 26).

In 2020, a child sex abuse victim was ‘propositioned by a police officer she went to for help’.
Scarlett Jones has written a memoir detailing the abuse she endured at the hands of child sex predators in Shropshire, and how her bravery in giving evidence against them helped jail four men linked to the exploitation of up to 1,000 young girls and five deaths over four decades.
She describes going to the police 30 times to tell them about what was happening to her, but claims each plea was ignored. Worse than that, she says one officer asked her for sex.
Scarlett – not her real name – told the Sunday Mirror: ‘One officer was a total scumbag. He said, “You’re very pretty. Why don’t you come round and see me next week?”’
