A witness living in the area told Metro that while working from home with their windows open, they heard someone outside saying, ‘in a deep, shallow voice, “Help me”‘.
‘I went to the nearby shop to get some food for lunch, possibly 15 mins later and saw all the emergency services,’ they added.
